Creamy Banana Overnight Oats




My Creamy Banana Oatmeal
(this is my version, I kinda changed some things from the original recipe, but let me tell you it tastes just as amazing as the original!)


Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of oatmeal
- 1 mashed banana
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3/4 skim milk

Directions
In a bowl, put the oats in, the mashed banana and stir. Then add the milk and stir again! And lastly add the cinnamon.
Microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute. & ENJOY!

Peanut + Banana + Coffee SMOOTHIE

Don't you love Peanut Butter? what about BANANAS?! and COFFEE?!?!?! Then why don't you try this smoothie ;)
Whip up this nutrition-packed smoothie for an on-the-go breakfast, meal-in-a-glass, or satisfying snack.


Serves 2



INGREDIENTS
1banana
¼cup all-natural creamy peanut butter
1cup skim milk
1tablespoon instant espresso powder
1cup ice


Combine all ingredients in a blender; blend until smooth.

Updated recipe: The easiest & healthiest cookie!

Hi guys! remember when I posted this recipe a while ago? well the reason why I'm posting this recipe again is because this one has a better consistency and tastes more like... BANANA haha and the other one didn't had too much taste. keep reading to see the entire recipe.

FOR THIS RECIPE I USED:
Ingredients

  • 2 medium ripe bananas
  • 1 cup of oatmeal
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon


SOME OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS:
Strawberries, 1 tsp. of peanut butter, your protein 

Directions:

  • First mash the bananas with a fork or whatever ~ mash well... 
  • Add the cinnamon ~mash again
  • Lastly add the cup of oatmeal and mash again... mash mash mash


Bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes or until they look like they're done.

TIPS:
Use non-stick cooking spray
lightly press down the cookies to flatten ~so  they bake better.

Healthy Banana Bread by blogilates.com

Ahh guys! I've been looking for a healthy banana bread recipe for so long! And I'm so glad that Cassey posted this easy recipe that looks delicious! :) give it a try!

Ingredients:

1 cup of oats
1 banana
1/4 cup almond milk
1/4 cup egg whites

Bake at 350f for 15-20 minutes!

Tone It Up - Protein Pancake


Low carb, Low fat & delicious! 


Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup egg whites
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (organic brown rice protein or whey)- visit your local nutrition store or wholefoods!
  • 2 tbs vanilla almond milk or skim
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbs ground flaxseed
  • After above ingredients are mixed together add 1/2 banana (mashed)- mash first, then add!!
  • Add a handful of fresh or frozen blueberries
Pour into a pan that has been sprayed with olive oil cooking spray ~ heat on medium. Cook one side until you see the little bubbles.. just like cooking any pancake! Flip over (careful!) and cook on the other size until the middle is done (peek inside with a fork).
Top with two sliced strawberries and optional powdered stevia. ENJOY your protein pancakes :)

Strawberry Raspberry Yogurt smoothie

Ingredients
ice
bananas
1 cup strawberry
1/2 cup raspberries
6 ozs low fat vanilla yogurt
3/4 cup low-fat milk

Blend it and enjoy :)

Vegan Pumpkin Pancakes


Ingredients:
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour (or flour of choice)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • dash of salt
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin (canned or fresh)
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg and allspice
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • sugar to taste 
Mix all together and cook. This made 12 small pancakes (about 4”), but this could easily be doubled or cut in half.

Banana Pancakes


Ingredients
- 1 egg
- half banana
Instructions
Mash all the ingredients or you can use a blender which is better in my opinion!, put on griddle, flip and serve! Enjoy…


The 'his and hers' smoothie

These two smoothies are called the “his and hers” by @joyceloves on instagram! Looks delicious. Give it a try!




Ingredients for the strawberry smoothie
- 6 pieces of strawberries
- 3 spoonful of non fat yogurt
- skimmed milk
Blend and enjoy!
Ingredients for the peach and mangoes smoothie
- 4 slices of peaches
- 4 cubes of mangoes
- nonfat yogurt
- Almond unsweetened vanilla flavored milk
Blend and enjoy!

Apple/Peanut Butter/Banana Shake


This is my ALL TIME favorite smoothie! try it ;)

vegan, serves 1-2
1 medium organic fuji apple, roughly chopped
1 cup vanilla hemp milk (or soy or almond milk)
1 tsp ground flax seeds
2 tsp creamy peanut butter
1 banana (use all frozen banana for a more thick “milkshake” like texture)
1 tsp maple syrup
pinch of salt
1/3 cup frozen banana (optional for a thicker texture)
1/4 cup ice


Blend in a high speed blender and serve!
