Mini Fitness tips

Some mini tips…
  • Start running
  • Drink more water
  • Log what you eat
  • NEVER skip breakfast
  • Exercise
  • Eat more veggies
  • Set goals and rewards
  • Eat whole grains
  • Use smaller plates
  • Take your time eating
  • Drink a glass of water before eating
  • Eat 5 small meals a day
  • Do cardio 30 minutes and up, 5-7 days a week
  • Cut out sweets
  • Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep everyday
  • Cut down on alcohol consumption
  • Reduce salt intake
  • Avoid stress
  • Color your plate (with fruits & veggies!)
  • Cut out fast food
  • Cut out soda or any ‘diet’ drinks
  • Don’t starve yourself
  • Enrich your diet with fiber
  • Do crunches, sit ups, push ups and any other exercise
  • Plank 30 seconds
  • Do yoga
  • Stay inspired
