  1. It's 11 days into January and I just found your site, I was wondering, if I start this should I start on the 11th or should I start the challenge from the 1st? I actually got excited because this calendar stuff I think I can do. Thanks so much.

  2. You recommend lemon juice in h20 ... does lime juice have the same effect as they are both citrus?

  3. Having a hard time finding a life balance that will allow me to incorporate the physical activity that my body craves and needs.
    I have two kids, a partner I'd like to spend time with, and a two hour work commute (each way, each day). I already wake up at 5:30 and do not get home until 5:30 and head to bed between 9-10. I am a healthy eater, though could always use more h20 :)
    Any workout regimes you might suggest that do not take tons of time, but would still benefit me (potentially even some that I could do at home?)
