the ones that you will do first thing in the morning right when you wake up. (THE
WORKOUT COMMAND DOES NOT REPLACE
YOUR DAILY WORKOUT ROUTINE)

ReplyDeletethis is a little much for the fitness level I am at but am looking forward to following along while I continue to gain stamina through my walking and yoga.
ReplyDeleteThis is really a big challenge! It's hard to avoid eating sweets and meats especially during holiday parties but instead of eating unhealthy food, try to eat more vegetables and fruits to be more healthy. It's hard but you need to try to prevent health problems.
