NTC: Pro running stretches


Hi guys! Some of you have been asking me to post some stretching routines! so I found one routine on the NTC app and I decided to post it for you! So all the credits go to NTC.

  4. My developer is trying to persuade me to move to .net from PHP.I have always disliked the idea because of the costs.But he's tryiong none the less. I've been using Movable-type on a variety of websites for about a year and am worried about switching to anothr platform. I have heard great things about blogengine.ne. Is there a way I can transfer all my wordpress posts
    into it? Any kind of help would be greatly appreciated!
