THE JANUARY CHALLENGE IS HERE!


Hi guys!  For January we are having a different challenge! Some new ideas came up thanks to my lovely followers… we are going to change our eating habits for January & following along with some daily workout commands!

WHAT ARE WORKOUT COMMANDS?
These mini workouts are the ones that you will do first thing in the morning right when you wake up. (THE WORKOUT COMMAND DOES NOT REPLACE YOUR DAILY WORKOUT ROUTINE)

      yes leg lifts target the entire abdominal area including the lower abs :)!

  5. this is a little much for the fitness level I am at but am looking forward to following along while I continue to gain stamina through my walking and yoga.

  6. This is really a big challenge! It's hard to avoid eating sweets and meats especially during holiday parties but instead of eating unhealthy food, try to eat more vegetables and fruits to be more healthy. It's hard but you need to try to prevent health problems.
