FOR THIS RECIPE I USED:
Ingredients
- 2 medium ripe bananas
- 1 cup of oatmeal
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
SOME OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS:
Strawberries, 1 tsp. of peanut butter, your protein
Directions:
- First mash the bananas with a fork or whatever ~ mash well...
- Add the cinnamon ~mash again
- Lastly add the cup of oatmeal and mash again... mash mash mash
Bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes or until they look like they're done.
TIPS:
Use non-stick cooking spray
lightly press down the cookies to flatten ~so they bake better.
