TIP: Staying healthy in school

1. Pack a water bottle, it is so easy to forget to hydrate throughout the hectic school day, and if there’s a water bottle on your desk, you’re more likely to drink it!
2. Pack your lunch the night before with healthy snacks. This way you won’t give in to cravings.
3. Pack little bags of nuts, raisins, or small healthy snack options in your binder. This will really come in handy when there’s a bake sale, or your stomach won’t shut up
