Peanut Butter Ice-cream by BODYROCK



If you feel like eating ice-cream then use this healthy recipe!!

Ingredients:
1 Banana
2 tbsp of crunchy (or nutty) All natural peanut butter
1/2 tsp of Vanilla Extract
1 scoop protein powder

  • First of all you have to have freeze the banana so I suggest that you break it into smaller pieces, put it into a plastic container and keep it in the freezer over night.
  • Put the frozen banana into a blender and add two table spoons of peanut butter.
  • Add 1/2 teaspoon of Vanilla extract.
  • The last ingredient is 1 scoop of protein powder.
  • Blend all of the ingredients  until you get this beautiful smooth ice cream. :)


Directions:
You can sprinkle the top with cinnamon :)
